Learnlo supports PDF, DOCX, MP3, MP4, WAV, JPG, PNG, and WebM files. You can also paste YouTube URLs for video processing. Maximum file size depends on your plan.

How long does it take to generate a Learn Pack?

Most Learn Packs are ready in 2-5 minutes, depending on the size and complexity of your content. Longer videos or large PDFs may take a bit more time.

What's the difference between Learning Mode and Research Mode?

Learning Mode is perfect for lectures, courses, and educational content. It generates summaries, flashcards, quizzes, mind maps, and practice exams.

Research Mode is designed for academic papers and scholarly articles. It provides executive summaries, key findings, methodology analysis, and citations.

How long are my Learn Packs stored?

Storage duration depends on your plan:

  • • Guest: 24 hours
  • • Free: 24 hours
  • • Plus: 3 months
  • • Pro: 6 months

Can I export my Learn Packs?

Yes! Plus and Pro users can export their flashcards, notes, and study materials to PDF and CSV formats for offline study or use with other tools.

What happens if I reach my monthly pack limit?

If you reach your monthly pack limit, you can either wait until the next month when your quota resets, or upgrade to a higher plan for more packs per month. Your existing Learn Packs will remain accessible.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time via account settings. You'll continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing period. Your Learn Packs will be retained according to your plan's storage duration.

Is my data secure and private?

Absolutely. We take privacy seriously. Your uploaded content is encrypted, processed securely, and never shared with third parties. You can delete your Learn Packs at any time. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

Do you offer student discounts or educational pricing?

Our Plus plan at $9/month is already designed to be student-friendly. For institutional or bulk licensing inquiries, please contact us.
